RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or food recommendations.

• Operating scanners, scales, and cash registers, and accepting online orders for GrabFood delivery.

• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate, and providing a receipt to every customer.

• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

• Bagging or wrapping of take-out items to ensure safe and sanitary transport.

• Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of commemorative items and “snack goodies”

• Maintaining a clean workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably Female but open to other genders

• Must have a high school diploma or a graduate of any technical or vocational course (TESDA)/ Alternative Learning System Graduate (ALS) and with cashier experience 

• Must have great attention to detail, basic computer skills, and know how to do basic math to execute cashier transactions accurately and responsibly. 

• Must have high energy and work well with team members to deliver excellent customer service during store hours. 

• Must know how to resolve complaints with helpfulness and courteousness. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Preparing orders for our customers within the set time limit and standard of the restaurant.

• Checking food and ingredients for freshness and quality. 

• Ensuring the strict cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably Male with experience in food preparation.

• Must have a high school diploma or a graduate of any technical or vocational course (TESDA)/ Alternative Learning System Graduate (ALS).

• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.

• Able to handle work in a time-set environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting customers, assisting them, taking their orders, and answering their questions, working with store staff to create a positive dining experience for customers.

• Ensures that all tables are constantly clean after customers leave. 

• Remove dishes from the table after the customer leaves, and carry loads of soiled dining materials to the dishwasher to be cleaned and washed.

• Ensure THE availability of clean dining materials for customers to use during store hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Open to all genders with a high school diploma or a graduate of any technical or vocational course (TESDA)/ Alternative Learning System Graduate (ALS)

• Previous 6-month restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Can maintain high focus during store hours, and lift 20 lbs. or more. 

• Willing to stand or walk during store hours. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing general administrative, accounting, and corporate financial tasks and procedures. 

• Maintaining accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and reports. 

• Application of accounting principles, and able to work comfortably and accurately with numbers. 

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of the company and the company’s information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related course, and have excellent knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles, procedures, and reports. 

• Preferably female, and have experience with corporate setup (minimum of 6 months)

• Must have great attention to detail, a high sense of confidentiality and integrity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well with diverse groups of peers, self-motivated, trustworthy, and can work with minimal supervision. 

• Must be able to work for extended hours (with pay), especially during reports and meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• driving trucks/cars for various office errands and business supplies within METRO MANILA and other NEARBY PROVINCES

• care/maintenance for the trucks/cars of Rodic's Diner

QUALIFICATIONS

• MALE with 3 YEARS of excellent driving experience, 1,2 driving restrictions, and can drive for a maximum of 8 hours a day (with 1-hour break). 

• must be willing to report to PASONG TAMO, QUEZON CITY for work.

• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules and regulations. 

• Have at least 6 months professional experience with an office and building set-up
